Founded in 2014, BondMason was a specialist in UK property lending & investing. Enabling clients to target risk-adjusted investment returns from property investment and fixed income.

From 2014 to 2019 our clients invested £150m in UK property-related fixed-income investment opportunities.

In May 2019 we ceased our BondMason Core property-lending investment service, concerned about the credit outlook. Our clients have now received over 100% of their capital back, with funds still being returned - and whilst none of us foresaw the coronavirus epidemic - our decision illustrates the importance of adapting an investment strategy based on your conviction and market outlook.
